This modern apartment project involved the complete transformation of a 1,200 sq ft downtown apartment. Our goal was to create a space that feels both luxurious and livable, with smart storage solutions and a neutral color palette that allows the stunning city views to take center stage.
The kitchen features custom cabinetry in matte black finish, complemented by quartz countertops and smart appliances. The open layout seamlessly connects to the living area, creating an ideal space for entertaining.
The spa-inspired bathroom features large-format porcelain tiles, a floating vanity, and a walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. Natural light floods the space through a strategically placed skylight.
The master bedroom serves as a tranquil retreat with custom built-in storage, a cozy reading nook, and automated window treatments. The color scheme promotes relaxation while maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic.
